The ANC in the WCape condemns Truman Prince's lapse in judgement

The ANC in the Western Cape condemns the lapse in judgement on the part of its Beaufort West Mayor, Truman Prince, in his misguided efforts to raise funds for the work of the ANC. 

The ANC has proper guidlines in how any of its structures and leaders should raise funds for its work and Prince, as a leader and a Mayor is fully aware of these guidelines. 

The ANC further acknowledges the new allegations that are leveled at Prince in relations to assaulting an Officer and in its scheduled meeting with Prince, will receive a proper and detailed feedback on these matters and what steps are necessary.

The ANC expects the highest level of discipline and dedication from its leaders and members, steeped in its constitution, policies and guidelines.
