FF Plus election message: Repair and rebuild South Africa with your vote

Help the FF Plus to repair and rebuild South Africa. Then we can have hope for the future.

This is the message of hope brought during the FF Plus's election campaign launch at the Every Nation Church in Goodwood, Cape Town, to a packed venue.

The message to vote and register was conveyed loud and clear. Also, that every South African can take ownership of their and their children's futures. It can be done.

People often ask how their single vote could help defeat the ANC. The answer is that every vote is important in comprising a majority.

The Springboks recently won three matches in a row with a single point. In fact, it was good enough to win the World Cup. All that was needed was a single point. This demonstrates the significance of a single vote or a single point.

The situation in South Africa has deteriorated to such an extent that children have resorted to eating sand just to have something in their bellies. Unemployment in South Africa currently stands at 43%, and 60% among the youth. These figures represent people who have no hope or a future.

Work and hope bring about pride – knowing that you are able to provide for your family. Without a job or an income, you have nothing. The cause of all this is an incompetent and corrupt ANC government which is holding the people hostage through social grants.

On international level, government is making all the wrong decisions by increasingly siding with the skunk countries of the world, at the expense of the people of South Africa.

Crime and corruption erode any last hope of progress. Crime syndicates, such as the construction mafia, operate freely and fearlessly. The ANC government simply lacks the will to address this.

A new political apartheid has been created with the elite living on the cream of the country's crop, while the rest of the people are destitute.

South Africa is a beautiful country with enough to go around. And yet, poverty and despair are at the order of the day. It is time to say enough is enough.

Dr Corné Mulder, Chief Whip of the FF Plus, said that a single party will not be able to obtain enough support on its own to defeat the ANC at the polls, so, a coalition needs to be formed to achieve this.

That is the way forward. The FF Plus has been saying that this is the only way to defeat the ANC all along. This message has finally gained acceptance and became manifest in the Multi-party Charter for SA.

Market research increasingly indicates that support for the ANC is starting to drop to far below 50%. Therefore, a coalition of opposition parties can no doubt form a new government to lead South Africa out of the ANC quagmire.

It is time to take a stand with the FF Plus against the ANC. A victory is still a victory even if it is with just one point.
