"Mofenyi's hungry 4-5 almost ruined his life" - front page lead story, September 12 2014
Daily Sun (September 12 2014) - HE CALLS himself a man whore. While having an orgy at university, he made a bet to sleep with 250 women in one year. BUT AFTER POKING 283 WOMEN, HE TURNED INTO A SEX ADDICT!
"I never imagined I would turn into a sexual beast," Mofenyi Malepe, who's originally from Namakgale in Phalaborwa, Limpopo told Daily Sun.
"I was a cheese boy with a good upbringing.
"But in 2001, six friends and I were having an orgy with eight beautiful women at our university.
"The next morning we were so pumped with excitement.
"We couldn't believe that we had sex with eight gorgeous women!
-->
"That's when we decided to make the bet, which turned out very badly for me."
Mofenyi said he has lost nearly everything because of his sexual urges.
"I would have sex with about three to four women in a day," the dad in his thirties said.
"I'm just glad that I always used a condom, except one time, when I got someone pregnant."
-->
Mofenyi was a slave to his sex addiction until he gave his life to God two years ago.
But that doesn't mean his battle with his hungry 4-5 is over.
"I only managed to stop and gain self-control the day I gave myself to God. Every day is a struggle for me."
Mofenyi decided to write a journal about his experiences, hoping that his son would one day read it and learn from his mistakes.
-->
"I want to save my son, who I had with woman number 283, from the bad choices I made," he told the People's Paper.
"I wanted him to understand why his parents were no longer an item.
"The choices I made broke the family apart."
When his friends read the journal, they told him that it would make a good book that other people could also learn from.
-->
That's when he decided to publish his story. His book, 283: The Bad Sex Bet, comes out in November.
"I hope this book will not only save my son but other people's sons too," Mofenyi said.
"I don't sugar-coat what happened in my life. I tell it like it is."
Mofenyi said his addiction set him back in life.
"I could have been an advocate, but I didn't have the guts to say no to sex. Hopefully others can learn from my mistakes."
