Daily Sun (April 3) - Daily Sun Says: IT is now 11 days since South Africans learned with horror of the death of 13 of our brave soldiers in the Central African Republic. Since then confusion has reigned about the role they were asked to play - and are maybe still playing - in that troubled country. The President says they were there to help keep the peace and train the CAR army. But this story seems weaker as the days go on. Were they protecting South African business interests? At least one SA company is believed to have mining rights in the mineral-rich country. Were they there to prop up the regime of President Francois Bozize?
