COSATU Western Cape does not support SACP march in support of the Protection of State Information Bill

COSATU Western Cape herewith corrects the false impression created by the SACP statement of yesterday, Thursday 29 March 2012. COSATU will not from part of any protest today or anytime in the future, in support of the above mentioned Bill.

COSATU has consistently made submissions and public utterances in opposition to the Bill in its current form. To the extent that it has declared its willingness to take the fight all the way to the Constitutional Court, if needs be.
