These are the conditions of Zwelinzima Vavi's suspension - John Dludlu

Family spokesman responds to claims suspended COSATU GS will face additional charges

VAVI RELEASES HIS LETTER OF SUSPENSION

September 19 2013

We have noted speculation and media reports quoting anonymous sources, suggesting that Zwelinzima Vavi, the Cosatu general secretary, has breached conditions of his suspension and, consequently, is to face additional charges (see BDLive report).

We wish to place it on record that we are unaware of further charges and, indeed, no charges have been brought to our attention to date.

To ensure that the reporting of this matter is factual and accurate, we have decided to release a copy of the letter suspending Mr Vavi. Hopefully, this will end the intrigue and various interpretations about the conditions.
