The Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) notes and welcomes the 100-day Action Plan adopted by the City of Tshwane's new mayoral committee to transform the city and revive service delivery for all residents. We welcome the consultative spirit adopted by the new Mayor, Councillor Dr. Nasiphi Moya, as the 100-day Action Plan is thorough and representative of all sectors and stakeholders. It demonstrates a commitment to urgently stabilizing the city's finances, revitalizing economic activities, prioritizing essential infrastructure such as water and energy, maintaining a clean city, and bringing government closer to the people of Tshwane.

The EFF MMCs will be expected to report on progress and delivery in line with the adopted 100-day Action Plan. Failure to deliver on the commitments outlined in the Action Plan will lead to a loss of credibility for the newly constituted government of the City of Tshwane. This is therefore non-negotiable and must be executed with the necessary urgency, as the people of Tshwane have endured prolonged neglect under the incompetent DA administration over the past eight years.
