ANC statement on ANC KZN conference judgment

The African National Congress (ANC) has noted the ruling delivered by the Pietermaritzburg High Court today in relation to the lawfulness of the ANC KwaZulu-Natal’s 8th Provincial Conference held in 2015.

The ANC will study the judgment as delivered and interact with our structures on the political ramifications of the decision prior to placing the matter before the appropriate political platform for a decision on the way forward.
