(1) How much does his department owe to municipalities across the country;

(2) whether there are any plans in place to ensure that (a) the outstanding money owed to municipalities is paid, especially those that are more than 120 days overdue and (b) that all future payments are made within 30 days to all municipalities and service providers; if not, why not; if so, what are the relevant details?
