Mr L Ramatlakane (COPE) asked the Minister of Public Works:
(1) Whether his department managed the renovations of (a) residential homes of Ministers and (b) ministerial office accommodation in the 2011-12 financial year; if not, why not; if so, (i) of which ministers' (aa) homes and (bb) office accommodation, (ii) where is each located and (iii) in each case, what (aa) was the total cost, (bb) amount was budgeted for and (cc) is the completion date;
(2) whether he has been informed of any office accommodation which has been renovated and occupied before and is currently unoccupied; if so, (a) where is the office located, (b) how will the office be used and (c) what are the further relevant details;
(3) whether the standard as designed for ministerial occupation will remain the same; if not, why not; if so, what are the relevant details? NW3244E
