Daily Sun (July 6 2015) - UNDER COVER of darkness, the cheating man crept into his
lover’s house. But the woman’s husband was watching and chained the door, locking them in the house until the next day. THEN, IN THE BRIGHT LIGHT OF DAY, HE MADE THE CHEATER DO A WALK OF SHAME.
Lucky Malaza had spent the last six months sleeping in the back yard of his house in Phomolong, Tembisa, Ekurhuleni.
Lucky (45), a pastor at Saint John’s Apostolic Faith Mission, phoned Daily Sun.
He said in December his wife, Moreen Langa (36), chased him out of the house and allowed her friend, also a pastor’s wife, to move in with her as a tenant.
He said since March, when the woman moved in, he had noticed a man going into his house at night – but he didn’t know why.
“On Saturday, I saw the man going into the house at about 9pm and I chained the door,” said Lucky.
Early yesterday morning when the SunTeam and the police arrived, Lucky unlocked the door.
The cheater’s wife had heard what was going on and came to the house. The minute the door was opened, she ran inside.
Moreen’s friend stopped her from attacking Moreen and the angry, screaming woman was dragged out of the house by one of the bystanders.
When the cheater came out, a smile of shame on his face, his enraged wife wanted to attack him.
She said he didn’t satisfy her in bed, but he went to other women instead.
“Uzokunya. Ungishiya ngilamba embhedeni,” she shouted.
Even after cops had loaded the cheater into the van she screamed at her husband through the side window, hitting the van with her hand in anger.
She said her husband told her the night before that he was going to overnight church prayers.
A senior church member, Philemon Mathebula (56), said Lucky called him at dawn to see what was going on at his house.
“The cheating couple in the house pleaded with me to ask Lucky to forgive them and let them go before sunrise but I refused until the police and the Daily Sun team had arrived at the house,” Philemon said.
Lucky said he wants to move back into his house. But after the cops left the house, his wife locked herself in.
Witnesses, who seemed to be on the cheaters’ side, would not give their names and swore at the SunTeam, telling them to leave. Cops said no case had been opened but Moreen had a protection order against Lucky.
