“Give me back my wife!” – Daily Sun

"Couples’ swop goes wrong for Buti . . ." - front page lead, 7 September 2015

Daily Sun (7 September 2015) - FIRST BUTI cheated on Nomsa with Sesi.

Then Lucas cheated on Sesi with Nomsa.

SWOPPING WIVES SEEMED LIKE A SWEET DEAL – UNTIL THE DEAL WENT SOUR.

Buti Mogari’s journey to heartache started when he started cheating on Nomsa Mokoena (28), his traditional wife and the mother of his two children.

One of the women Buti (46), was cheating with was Sesi Mokete (30), the wife of his friend Lucas Ngobeni, (46). “I never wanted the two women to know about each other,” Buti, who lives in Klipgat, North West, told Daily Sun. “I loved Nomsa the most.”

But then Lucas told Nomsa what was going on and soon the two of them were sleeping together.

The situation was turning into a time-bomb when Lucas came up with a plan that at the time suited all four.

Lucas suggested they should swop wives for a while and everybody agreed.

Lucas took Nomsa and Sesi stayed with Buti. Nomsa even moved in with Lucas.

“I was happy with the arrangement,” said Buti.

Randy Buti thought this was a sweet deal – but the grass on the other side was not as green as Buti thought. Today, he is no longer getting warmth in bed with Sesi.

And Lucas won’t let Nomsa go either.

“Buti can just forget about her,” said Lucas. “She is mine forever. I’m taking care of her now. He wanted Sesi and now he has her. I am happy with the way things are.”

Nomsa said that Buti must get a life.

“He wanted her and now they must make each one happy,” she said, smiling.

How Sesi feels about staying with Buti is not clear. She was not at home when Daily Sun visited Buti.
