Then her family got a suspicious SMS telling them she was going away.

Cops bust him after finding Hlulekile Mkhize’s panties and one of her shoes at his houseon Monday. Sthandiwe Mkhize (19) said her mum Hlulekile (45) of Siyanda, KwaMashu went to tell her local councillor two weeks ago that her 25-year-old Ben 10 had burned her house down.
Later that day, the family got a text message from her mum’s phone, saying she was going to Port Shepstone. “The message asked me to deposit R1000 for a house she had found,” said Sthandiwe. “I was confused as she never said anything about going to Port Shepstone. “I couldn’t understand how she could leave us with no shelter after her Ben 10 burned our house down,” said Sthandiwe.
The family began phoning their mum’s cellphone but had no luck contacting her. Eventually, a man answered and said Hlulekile had gone out. “But a few days later, my mother’s Ben 10 phoned me and told me to deposit the money as the message had stated. “I smelled a rat and reported it to the police.”
She said the Ben 10 denied kidnapping her mum. “He said he last saw her in June. “My mother and the suspect have been together for almost a year. “But she never wanted to be with him in the first place – he forced her,” claimed Sthandiwe.
Councillor Lucky Mdlalose said Hlulekile came to seek help after her house burned down. “But that was the last time I saw her. “We had trouble finding her after I arranged help for her. “But later police came to my office and told me about her disappearance,” said Mdlalose.
Major Thulani Zwane said KwaMashu cops were investigating a kidnapping case. A suspect was arrested and will appear in court today.
