Dr C P Mulder (FF Plus) to ask the Minister of Human Settlements:
(1) How many (a) houses were built each year since 1994 in terms of the Reconstruction and Development Programme (RDP), (b) of those houses were allocated to (i) black, (ii) Indian, (iii) coloured and (iv) white people and (c) of those houses are currently (aa) owned and (bb) occupied by (i) black, (ii) Indian, (iii) coloured and (iv) white people?

(1) (a) Based on historical information collated and maintained by the National Department of Human Settlements, the following delivery statistics on houses built for the period April 1994 to 31 March 2010 is available:
