19 arrested in KZN for 'double voting'

Nineteen people were arrested in three KwaZulu-Natal municipalities for "double voting", provincial Electoral Commission of SA (IEC) officials said on Thursday afternoon.
The arrests were made in Port Shepstone, Hluhluwe and Danhauser, IEC deputy electoral officer Mawethu Mosery said.
It was unclear whether a 20th person had also been arrested, with officials confirming the latest arrest.
He said police acted swiftly in make arrests at 02:00 on Thursday after investigations began at midnight.
