This Department oversees the City's issuing of tenders to service providers. The report covers the quarter from October to December 2012.

The report highlights the City's continued commitment to building an Opportunity City by stimulating economic growth in Cape Town, with a particular focus on emerging, small and new businesses.

The City will continue to use its tender process and all related processes to expand economic opportunities to all its residents, with a particular focus on emerging businesses.
