ANC Western Cape Statement on incident of Lili Shooting

ANC in the Western Cape condemns yesterday's shooting of Andile Lili, a former ANC Councillor and a member of the party.

We are confident that the South African Police Services will do everything in their power to bring the perpetrators of this act to justice (see GroundUp report).

We urge all community members to help the police with their investigations and bring any information that might expedite the solving of this crime.

We wish him a very speedy recovery.
