ANC YOUTH LEAGUE LEADERSHIP IS NOT TAKING THE ANC TO COURT.

It has come to the attention of ANC Youth League leadership that there are individuals who are spreading wrong and misleading rumours that ANC YL President Julius Malema will take the ANC to Court due to the recent developments in the ANC. We place it on record that no one in the ANC Youth League will take the ANC to Court.

The response and reaction of the ANC Youth League to the recent developments will be discussed as announced by the National Executive Committee within the quickest possible time. Before then, we advise members of the media to halt all forms of enquiries on matters that relate to the ANC National Disciplinary Committee announcement.
