Congratulations to Rabada on his outstanding performance

The DA would like to congratulate Kagiso Rabada for a magnificent performance throughout the test series against England – and specifically in the last test in which he became the youngest South African ever to take 13 wickets in a test match.

It is clear that he is well on his way to sporting greatness in his cricket career.

His consistent success – since playing for SA in the under 19 World Cup’s winning team, to his performance with the Proteas - is a testament to the incredible outcomes that can be expected when opportunity and hard work complement each other.

We hope that Rabada’s performances will spur millions of young cricketers across the country to reach the pinnacle of success in the sport.
