EFF Students Command (EFFSC) statement in support of the EFF MPs
19 June 2015
The EFFSC notes that an egregious manner in which the ANC in parliament tries to demean the call for the state President to adhere to the remedial action of the Public Protector issued against Msholozi. Jacob Zuma unashamedly disrespected parliament in an attempt to mock opposition MPs. The EFF is the only party leaving to the expectation of its masses in making sure that Jacob Zuma pays the money stolen from the state coffers. The EFFSC was never swayed nor deterred by the lies of Jacob Zuma, when he openly lied in parliament, vulgarizing our constitution. He is building a swimming pool worth a million rand while many families do not have flushing toilets.
The observation we have made as the EFFSC is that corruption is innate in the ANC government and the only remedy is to remove the ANC in power before it is too late. The ANC led government has no respect to democratic principles and it is an indication that the ANC is no longer relevant to take this country forward. Jacob Zuma is leading the campaign of collapsing all statutorily recognized bodies that are meant to protect our constitution.
The EFF is the only party that is defending the integrity of parliament and the constitution. The EFFSC is in full support and is proud of how the EFF is challenging corruption perpetuated by the ANC government led by Zuma. Opposition parties have fallen prey to the majority seats of the ANC; the EFF is the epitome of how democracy should be fostered. The EFF should be credited by the masses of this country as they are the only part not succumbing to the rule of the majority.
The EFF is adhering to its non-negotiable pillar number 7; Open, accountable, corrupt-free government and society without fear of victimization by state police. Hence the EFF is firmly and correctly fighting that the president unduly benefitted on his property in the name of security upgrade. Jacob cares more about his chickens and cows than the people who leave in poverty stricken areas of Nkandla.
