DA wins NMMU SRC seat at George campus

The DA is humbled to have yesterday won the SRC election at NMMU George Campus, securing another seat on the 2016 NMMU Student Representative Council.

DASO now holds 13 out of 21 seats on the whole Nelson Mandela Metro University SRC.

This is the first year that DASO contested the election at George Campus and with the overwhelming majority win at NMMU primary campus a few weeks ago, the students at George campus have made it clear that they too endorse the DA and DASO brand of good governance.

The recent success of DASO on South Africa's campuses indicates the confidence students have for the DA to implement real change, provide opportunities and deliver on our promises. 

DASO is proud to have this opportunity to serve the students of NMMU George campus.
