DA hatred for women exposed by its stance on Booysen's sex for job scandal

The DA’s Deputy Provincial Chairperson and Bitou Municipality Mayor sex for job scandal has exposed the DA of its shallowness in dealing with black women and how it handle issues relating to black people in the Western Cape.

Booysen's text messages to the woman known as Phumi has exposed how DA public servants are prepared to pry on the black vulnerabilities including seeking sexual gain.

Also the inconsistent manner the DA has handled the matter of its mayor sex for job scandal is not only scandalous itself,but proves our long held view that DA has double standards not only on accountability but also on service delivery. 

The DA double standards confirm our view that in the eyes of the DA, black people particularly women will continue to be underdogs and even sexual objects for those in power.

Whenever there are any sort of allegations across political lines, DA is usually first to demand suspension,investigation and resignation of those being alleged to have committed acts of mischief.

However,when such acts are perpetrated within its ranks, it's the first to defend the indefensible; including accepting a lame excuse that "text messages might have come from the Mayors phone but could not have been sent by the mayor."

Perhaps in DA apartheid festered memory, mobile phones can automatically reply and read messages without the owner having manually intervened. Only fools can believe the tomfoolery of Mr Booysen and his white male patriarchy influenced DA view. 

We demand immediate suspension of Mr Booysen and investigation of the alleged sex for job scandal and institution of disciplinary process. 

We will continue to expose the DA double standards when it comes to how it handles matters concerning blacks and whites in our province and elsewhere.
