COSATU calls for an appeal on Derby Lewis case for justice to prevail

The Congress of South African Trade Unions has noted the outcomes of the North Gauteng High Court in which the Judge ruled that Derby Lewis must be ‘granted a medical parole’.

COSATU joins the South African Communist Party and progressive organizations calling for Derby Lewis to speak out on in whose interest was the late SACP General Secretary, Cde Martin Chris Hani killed?

COSATU reiterates that full disclosure must be the central demand by all law abiding citizens in South Africa in the case of Derby Lewis.
