NEWLY ELECTED OFFICIALS FOR ANCYL

The 24th African National Congress National Conference has just concluded its second day of sitting with the election of the new national leadership to lead the youth movement for the next three years. The new ANCYL top five officials for the term 2011 to 2014, whose election was uncontested, are as follows:

1. President - Julius Malema

2. Deputy President - Ronald Lamola

3. Secretary General - Sindiso Magaqa

4. Deputy Secretary General - Kenetswe Mosenogi

5. Treasurer - Pule Mabe

The Conference continues tomorrow, Saturday, with presentation of a document on organisation renewal by Kabelo Mataboge and the programme for economic freedom in our lifetime by Floyd Shivambu. Later in the day, the conference will nominate candidates for membership of the national executive committee before breaking into commissions.
