NADEL welcomes new leadership in the Ministry of Justice and Constitutional Development, extends gratitude to the outgoing officials

The National Association of Democratic Lawyers (NADEL) is pleased to extend its congratulations to Minister Thembi Nkadimeng and Deputy Minister Andries Nel on their recent appointments as the Minister and Deputy Minister of Justice and Constitutional Development, respectively.

Together, we can address the challenges within our legal system and work towards meaningful reforms that benefit all members of society: Upholding human rights, ensuring justice, and reinforcing the rule of law will remain at the forefront of our efforts.
