EFF Welcomes the JSM trust initiative that allows ordinary South Africans to contribute to the defense of CIC against SARS

Economic Freedom Fighters welcomes the initiative of the JSM Trust announced yesterday to all media and the public. Many ordinary South Africans have long awaited the trust to which they can contribute in defense of the CIC against SARS and its efforts of sequestration (see report here).

Following the pursuit by SARS for an application to put the CIC under sequestration, the EFF received thousands of requests from ordinary South Africans from all walks of life to open an account so they can contribute. This is in light of the fact that sequestration is an attempt to stop the CIC from going to parliament. EFF took a decision to allow and affirm an independent initiative in the form of a trust so that all who want to help can do so.

The JSM Trust was thus announced yesterday by fighter Mandisa Mashego under the stewardship of an independent board of trustees. The trust has an independent account that all EFF members and ordinary South Africans can use to contribute. EFF supports and endorses the JSM Trust.
