Daily Sun (July 25 2014) - WHILE Stuart Baxter of Chiefs and Vladimir Vermezovic of Pirates will ultimately be responsible for the outcome of the match, on the coaches' bench one will also find the "Be the Champion Coaches" for the day.
Tebogo Molekoa (22) for Chiefs and Cornelius Motsepe (30) for Orlando Pirateswill know what it feels like to have 90 000 passionate fans screaming in their ears. Molekoa and Motsepe realised their dream to be the head coaches in the Carling Black Label Cup at FNB Stadium tomorrow by winning the "Be the Champion Coach" competition.
Tebogo admits it is an experience of a lifetime that he will cherish forever. Cornelius, from Mmakau Village, North West promises to deliver the Black Label trophy to the headquarters of the Bucs in Parktown, Joburg. Last year Chiefs won with a single goal by Lehlohonolo "Major" Majoro, but Majoro has since joined Bucs and his "Be the Champion Coach", Cornelius, reckons Majoro could repeat what he did last year . . . only in Bucs colours this time.
"Majoro will score the winner again. We will silence our noisy neighbours and win the cup. "The cup is made for us," said Cornelius.
But Tebogo is confident and ready for the fight. He said: "There is no way Chiefs will lose to Pirates. We have a great team and we are confident we will retain the cup."
Today Tebogo and Cornelius will be introduced to all the players and conduct training and final preparations.
