The DA's delivery in Cape Town is making a difference
A TNS research survey released this past week has found that the level of satisfaction with service delivery in Cape Town exceeds that in any other metro. The survey reflects the DA's delivery record in Cape Town which is also the most impressive of any metro, on the key deliverables (see here).
The combination of these two facts constitutes further evidence that, where the DA governs, it delivers a better life for all. Given the chance, the DA can make that same difference elsewhere.
The TNS survey was conducted in November 2010 and polled 2 000 people across the country's main metropolitan areas. Its key findings were as follows:
Satisfied with delivery | Unsatisfied | Unsure | |
Cape Town | 57% | 39% | 4% |
Mangaung | 52% | 48% | 0% |
Tshwane | 44% | 50% | 6% |
Johannesburg | 43% | 51% | 6% |
Ekhurleni | 41% | 48% | 11% |
eThekwini | 35% | 57% | 8% |
N. Mandela | 29% | 65% | 5% |
