Vote DA for CHANGE that moves South Africa forward again

Special voting has today commenced, ahead of the Local Government Elections on Wednesday, 03 August 2016.

This will be the most important election since 1994, where voters will face a crucial choice: more of the same under the ANC, with high unemployment, worsening service delivery and rampant corruption; or the radical change a DA government will bring by creating jobs, delivering better services, providing honest government and stopping corruption. 

This is the real change that will realise Madiba’s dream for South Africa, by moving our country, together, forward again. 

We urge all South Africans to exercise their democratic right in these elections. It has never been so close in battleground metros, and many municipalities across South Africa, with the ANC and DA neck-and-neck. Every single voter who wants to see change, with more jobs and no corruption, must come out in their numbers and vote DA.

As our leader, Mmusi Maimane MP said, your vote isn’t a tattoo. You can change it in every election. If you are not happy with the DA’s performance over the next five years, you can vote us out. You will only be lending your vote to the DA.

Your vote is also your secret. You don’t have to tell anyone who you voted for. So don’t feel afraid to change your vote in this election. If you want to see change that moves our country forward again, then vote for it.

From Tshwane, to Nelson Mandela Bay, from Johannesburg to Cape Town, the DA can win these elections and bring about the change our people need. Today is the first day towards making this a reality.
