WESTINGHOUSE V ESKOM, AREVA: APPLICATION DISMISSED WITH COSTS

Saturday, 28 March 2015: Eskom attended at the South Gauteng High Court on Friday, 27 March 2015, where judgement was handed down by the Honourable Judge Carelse.

The Honourable Judge made an Order in terms of which the review Application brought by Westinghouse against Eskom and Areva was dismissed with costs.

Eskom remains satisfied with the integrity of its procurement process and will continue to ensure that it remains fair and in adherence to good governance.
