Whether any (a) renovations and (b) improvements were commissioned and authorised for ministerial residences during the period 1 April 2012 up to the latest specified date for which information is available; if not, why not; if so, (i) what is the total budget and (ii) how much of the budget has been spent up to the latest specified date for which information is available?
