ANC YOUTH LEAGUE ON JULIUS MALEMA CASE IN LIMPOPO

Julius Malema will this week appear at the Polokwane Regional Court in Limpopo province. Attending the court case is not part of the African National Congress (ANC) Youth League programme. As such, the ANC Youth League members are advised that they cannot organise official ANC Youth League rallies in support of or against Julius Malema for the court case. 

Members are also advised that they cannot officially be part of these rallies. Attendance of the court case by members of the ANC Youth League would be in their individual personal capacities.

The ANC Youth League does not have a case to answer for hence it cannot be party to the court case process.
