Prosecute SA Zios for violation of FMAA - MRN

Network calls for action over News24 expose of Aaron Bayhack's service in IDF sniper unit

Time for talk is over, prosecute SA Zios for violation of FMAA

14 October 2024

The Media Review Network notes with concern but not surprise the News24 expose that yet another South African zionist has been identified as serving in the Zionist terror forces.

Sandton resident Aaron Bayhack served in the zionist Battalion 202, a terror sniper unit that has killed unarmed civilians in the ongoing Gaza Genocide. The unit's own video footage provides evidence of this.

It must noted that Bayhack is not the first South African to serve in the Zionist terror forces.

The National Prosecuting Authority has a comprehensive dossier of evidence carefully assembled by the Media Review Network, the Palestine Solidarity Campaign, and Attorney Ziyaad Patel. In it, we identify 15 South Africans who are serving or have served in the usurping entity's terror forces. This excludes Bayhack.

So, this is not new ground being broken by News24.

We therefore call upon the NPA to implement the Foreign Military Assistance Act (FMAA) against all these Zionists. Our laws are useless in the statute books if we cannot apply them without fear or favour.

We as complainants have the right to question their "inability/reluctance" to enforce legislation. That they've failed places them in the corner of Netanyahu’s Genocide in Gaza.

Bayhack is a murderer and war criminal and the blood shed by him without him arrested means NPA is complicit in genocide.

Present geopolitics and diplomatic pressure from the Zionist entity and its global cheerleaders and protectors are not something that the NPA needs to consider.

It's time for the NPA to show that it has some teeth.
