Mr T D Lee (DA) to ask the Minister of Health:

(1) Whether any (a) medical supplies, (b) linen, (c) dressing gowns, (d) cutlery, (e) pillows, (f) medical equipment, (g) computers and (h) any other specified items have been stolen from any hospital or clinic in the (i) 2007-08, (ii) 2008-09 and (iii) 2009-10 financial years; if so, (aa) what was stolen, (bb) from which institution, (cc) in which financial year did the theft take place and (dd) what was the value of the stolen goods in each case;

(2) what amount has been spent by each hospital and clinic to replace the specified stolen goods in each specified financial year?
