On March 3 2009 the ANC published its candidate's lists - the day after it had submitted them to the Independent Electoral Commission (see here). On Monday March 16 the IEC published the provisional candidates' lists for all the political parties. As can be seen from the graphic below the ordering of the ANC's Mpumalanga provincial has been turned on its head. David Mabuza has dropped from no. 1 to no. 7 position, while Thandi Dibakoane has been elevated from no. 28 to the top spot.
