We didn't leak Vavi charge sheet - COSATU

Federation challenges those who makes such claims to substantiate or withdraw them

COSATU statement on leaks to media

The Congress of South African Trade Unions strongly denies that it was responsible for the leaking to the media of the charges against General Secretary Zwelinzima Vavi and challenges anyone who makes such claims to substantiate or withdraw them. Indeed, as  was made clear at the press conferences on Thursday 15 January 2014, COSATU never intended to inform the media about the charges being delivered, but was forced to do so only after this information had already been leaked and published by others.
